I always order grilled fish tacos from this place because it's always as good as ever; Fresh, well-balanced flavor(not too fishy taste) and just enough of a kick. They give you homemade sauces that you can tell they were prepared from scratch. Service is personable and friendly. I can't rate the ambiance since I always order to go. But, it seems ok.

Stopped in for lunch on Wednesday and enjoyed some fajitas. The beans and rice hit the spot. I had corn tortillas that were warm and tasty. The service was friendly and the place was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating. They also provided complimentary chips and salsa which were tasty as well.

Authentic Mexican tacos. Their green chili salsa that they use to top the burrito with is not spicy, is fresh and has flavor. Husband had chorizo burrito- has lots of rice but yummy chorizo. Carne asada and pescado tacos were fresh with onions and cilantro (no radishes). Healthy food. Friendly staff. Competes well with the tacos we are used to in Denver!

Great family-owed restaurant! The owner was fun to chat with, and the food was amazing. My kids lived the authentic Mexican dishes!

Awesome food! Had the burrito and can honestly say it's the best one I've ever had. Highly encourage frequenting Tacos Las Palmas!

We love Tacos Las Palmas. We live in Omaha, but we routinely make a stop whenever we are in GI. I love the sopes and my husband loves the wet burritos. Always friendly and always delicious!

Quite possibly the best tacos I've ever had! We came to Grand Island for a softball tournament. I stay away from chains as much as possible, but Grand Island is full of them. So I used Yelp to find good local places with great reviews. We went twice during our visit because it was so incredible! The first time was for lunch. I tried the al pastor, shrimp, and carnitas tacos with a side of beans and rice. All of the food was delicious! Complimentary chips snd salsa were good. Some of the salsas are hot - so be careful. The second time we went was for dinner. The cashier told me to try the tacos with cheese that are lightly grilled. It reminded me of the Birria tacos that are all the rage in TikTok. This place is 7 hours away from where we live and I still contemplate how I might work in a road trip to get me these dreamy tacos again.

Nice small place. Good cheap food. I got steak flautas. Wish I would have gotten the burrito or tacos though Chips and salsa were really good. Service was too
